Founded in 2021, Ye's Apothecary was born from a desire to honor our cultural roots while reimagining how stories, traditions, and flavors are experienced through the art of the cocktail.
Tucked between Chinatown and the Lower East Side (LES), we pioneered the Chinese apothecary approach to mixology—where each ingredient carries intention, and each drink offers more than flavor: it offers meaning. Our intimate speakeasy in NYC's Lower East Side neighborhood offers a unique nightlife experience unlike any other cocktail bar in the area.
Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the bold spirit of Szechuan cuisine, our menu fuses heritage with experimentation. From herbaceous, spirit-forward elixirs to fiery small plates, we craft experiences designed to awaken the senses.
